Cancellation Policy:

*Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded in full

*Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiting the 50% deposit -OR- If re-rented for same dates, a full refund, OR a prorated refund for those dates that are re-booked.

*Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date will result in forfeiting 100%, entire payment -OR-If re-rented for same dates, a full refund, OR a prorated refund for those dates that are re-booked.

Payments/Deposits:

We accept credit cards and personal checks. Credit card payments can be made through PayPal, or over the phone. Personal checks need to clear the bank before dates can be reserved

50% deposit is required to reserve Lazy Lehua Cottage

50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date

CHECK-IN: After 3pm

CHECK-OUT: Before 12noon

Damage:

At this time we do not ask for a damage deposit because we know our guests will treat the Lazy Lehua Cottage with loving care and respect at all times. Any breakage or any damage that occurs during your stay must be reported to the owners, ASAP. (1-877-534-8226).

Paid guests are responsible and liable to Lazy Lehua Cottage’s owners for any breakage or damage caused by paid guest/s and/or any person/s in the cottage with our paid guests.

Children:

Lazy Lehua Cottage is not recommended for crawling babies, children under 5, need constant monitoring, or anyone with unsure footing because of the elevated lanais, whimsical spacing in lanai railings and stairways. Please ask the owners if you have any questions regarding this matter.
